We’re a small Canadian brand and most items are made to order and hand-printed in Nova Scotia. That means slightly longer turnaround times than fast-fashion brands — and we’re proud of that.

Please note the following:

• We do not provide customer support through social media DMs
• Email is the best way to make sure nothing gets missed. Please ensure to include your order number.
• Response times can be a few days during busy production/delivery periods

Tip: All of our products are a unisex, fitted design. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, or between sizes. We recommend sizing up.

Everything is made to order and hand-printed in Nova Scotia.

Typical production timeline: 7-10 business days before shipping

Once your ships, and out of our hands, you’ll receive tracking automatically.

We offer TWO different delivery methods and they track differently:

1) COURIER SHIPPING

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped
• Tracking is the most up-to-date information available once handed to the courier

2) LOCAL DELIVERY

• A private local delivery service 
• You’ll receive a SMS notification when it’s on the way

Local delivery requirements:

• A valid phone number is required
• For apartments/condos/locked entries: provide access details i.e. courier buzzer code or other delivery instructions - we can’t make repeated delivery attempts

Once your order is with the courier, tracking is the only real-time update available.

If your tracking link appears broken, please email us at newscot@newscotlandclothing.ca with your order number and we’ll resend it.

ONLINE-ONLY (NO RETAIL LOCATION)

We used to have in-person retail/pickups. To stay lean and strong long-term, we are 100% online now.

We do not offer in-person browsing, pickups, or exchanges at this time (we’d love to again someday!).
