If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on garments in our "Authentic Handcrafted Collection". Every garment is made custom for each order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item to us. We will cover the shipping costs to back to you based on using our standard service. 
  • Gift cards are non returnable items.

In-Store Purchases-

We offer full refunds on merchandise up to 30 days of purchase date with receipt. Without receipt store credit or exchange is issued. We will try the best to accommodate your situation and make sure any sizing or exchange issues are easily resolved. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and include original tags. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Free Curbside Pickup

We now are offering free weekly curb side pickup Tuesday to Friday 12 PM-5:30 PM, and Saturday 11AM-5PM. Please select this option on the "Shipping" screen during check out.

 

Free Local Delivery

We are now also offering free weekly local deliveries after 2 PM to select areas in the HRM. After you place your order and select "Local Delivery" at checkout, we will get in contact with you to organize delivery. If the first 3 digits of you postal code match the list below, you are eligible! Please select this option on the "Shipping" screen during check out. Minimum purchase amount of $35 before tax.
